Legacy Collaboration Case Study: Wall2Wall Security / Speaker Stephanie

1. The Challenge

Wall2Wall Security was launching their brand, and Speaker Stephanie was preparing to relaunch with updated systems and a stronger online presence. Like many small business owners, they were balancing multiple priorities, starting a new venture while refining an existing one.

They were aware of the importance of having a Social presence, but didn’t have enough time to do it themselves. They also wanted to ensure they would be able to easily manage what was set up for them, so they needed a structured plan and defined roles to stay on track.

By defining who was responsible for what from day one, we eliminated confusion and delivered high-quality work efficiently. Even though I no longer offer launch services, this project remains a reminder that the right structure allows everyone to thrive in their lane and get results faster.
